Obama The Great, and the American Civil War

Oh this one was sooooo easy. President Obama following in the footsteps of James Buchanan. Buchanan ranked as one of the worst Presidents and the man chiefly responsible for the first American Civil War. In short THEY are absolute power. Whether you believe in the rule of law or the Constitutional Republic in short the President is defying his oath of office by inciting a civil war not about freeing the weak, ( you know where I am on this), or States Rights, no over forcing  a tax on the people of America to purchase insurance. The argument in California for mandatory auto insurance has always been that driving is a privilege. So the Democrats and liberals and the lazy have decided that living is also a privilege ?

Then if that is not the case does it not indicate that this is a tax being levied?

1.a sum of money demanded by a government for its support or for specific facilities or services, levied upon incomes, property, sales, etc.
2.a burdensome charge, obligation, duty, or demand.

But we all know what the real answer is. It's just about the money. This boys and girls is the ultimate scam. I pay for something I will never get. And I will just keep paying for it until the day I die. If you go to heathcarereform.gov you will find several thousand words of justification and not a single reason. The cool part of the site is that they act like this will help those living in rural America. Especially noted are the Rural Minority, Poor and Undereducated. There other rationalization is pinning it on Employers providing heath coverage.

So who benefits? Well not me, and not the vast majority of tax payers.

The entire argument is based on

1. The poor and those here illegally cannot afford heath insurance.

2. Many small businesses do not provide heath insurance.

The argument is not about those who need medical attention not getting it, the entire argument is based on insured vs. uninsured.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Health is not a privilege and Health Care is not a right. Health Care is a service.

Now if Mandatory Health Coverage is not a tax, and your life is not  privilege the final possibility is "the condition of being subject to a specific influence", Slavery.

The first American Civil War was caused by the Federal Government ignoring and nullifying the Rights of individual States.

The second American Civil War will be caused by the Federal Government ignoring and nullifying the Rights of individual Americans.
